No — absolutely not. The Free Forever plan is completely free with zero payment details required. Just fill in your name, email, and password and you're in. No trial period, no expiry, no surprise charges. Credit card details are only collected when you choose a paid plan (Starter, Professional, Growth, or Elite).
If you don't cancel before the 14 days are up, your card is charged for the first billing period. If you decide the paid plan isn't for you, cancel before the trial ends and your account automatically drops to the Free Forever plan (1 user, 10 products). Your existing data is never deleted — you can upgrade again any time.
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the Subscription page inside your account. Upgrades take effect immediately and you'll be prorated for the remaining billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Each store gets its own independent stock levels. When you make a sale at one location, only that location's inventory is deducted — other branches are unaffected. Purchase Orders can be directed to any store, and you can transfer stock between locations. Professional plan supports 2 stores, Growth supports 5, and Elite is unlimited.
Growth plan includes Shopify and QuickBooks integrations for syncing products, orders, and financials. Elite adds Amazon integration and full REST API access for custom workflows. Enterprise plans can include bespoke ERP connectors — contact us to discuss your requirements.
No. All plans — including Free Forever — have unlimited sales transactions and unlimited sales history. Limits only apply to the number of active products and user accounts.
Yes. OMNISYNC runs on encrypted cloud infrastructure with automated daily backups. All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS. Paid plans benefit from additional redundancy and priority recovery times. You can also export your data at any time from the Reports section.
