Thank you for subscribing to OMNISYNC. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
We issue refunds for software subscriptions within 14 days of the original purchase of a new plan. Due to the nature of software as a service (SaaS), after 14 days, no refunds are offered. We strongly recommend testing our platform via the free tier before committing to a paid plan.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items or services may not be eligible for a refund, including but not limited to:
- Custom implementation services or consultation fees
- Subscription renewals (you are expected to cancel before the billing cycle)
- Accounts terminated due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions
3. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team. You will need to provide your account details and the reason for the refund request. We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your request and process it through our merchant of record, Paddle.
4. Processing Time
If your refund is approved, it will be initiated immediately. However, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your card issuer's policies and Paddle's processing timelines.
